These terms apply when you use verifiedwellnessspaces.com (“the site”). The site is run by Verified Wellness Spaces (“we”, “us”).
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Human Garage Certified Spaces issues the seal. Human Garage works with independent third-party assessors who review each place in person.
This site reports the mark. It does not grant it, and it cannot withdraw it.
Verified Wellness Spaces is a directory of places to stay. Each record sets out what we know about a property’s air, water, light, EMF, materials, food, nature and sound, and how we know it. Records are built from:
Every record shows its sources and the date we read them.
A low score, or a gap, means information was not published. It does not mean a property is unsafe, unhealthy or poorly run.
You cannot book, reserve or pay for anything on this site. Links to a property take you to the property’s own site, with tags that tell the property the visit came from us.
Any booking you make is between you and the property, on the property’s terms. We are not a party to it, and we are not a travel agent or tour operator.
Any property can be listed, free.
A listing cannot be bought, and no payment changes what a record says. A property cannot pay to be added, to be removed, to score higher or to appear higher.
The stays featured on the home page are chosen by us editorially. That is not paid placement. Stays Human Garage has visited, and has a referral agreement with, may be among them.
Records are a snapshot of what was published or found on a date, and that date is on the page. Properties change: they refit, change suppliers and replace systems, and nothing requires them to tell us. So:
Use a record as a guide to what to ask. Ask the property directly before you book, especially about anything that matters to your health.
Nothing on the site is medical advice.
If something on a record is wrong or out of date, email corrections@verifiedwellnessspaces.com with a source. A property can answer its own record at reply@verifiedwellnessspaces.com.
We review every submission against the evidence. We change a record when the evidence supports the change, and score changes are logged on the changelog.
Sending a correction does not guarantee a change, and a change can move a score down as well as up.
Some records carry a note that Human Garage visited the stay. It gives the visit date, the pathways Human Garage saw in person, and how many of the eight that was.
It is not a certification, and no instrument readings were taken.
A visit note is not a guarantee of health outcomes. It does not cover rooms, systems or dates outside the visit.
It does not certify any claim the property makes on its own site. It says nothing about service, price or comfort.
The Human Garage Certified Spaces (HGCS) seal is issued by Human Garage only when the full eight-pathway standard is met on site. Six stays on this site hold it today.
Human Garage can suspend or withdraw a seal if the property no longer meets the criteria, if it finds information was misrepresented, or if the certification lapses.
Listings are free and cannot be bought.
Human Garage may earn a commission when you book a stay through a link on this site. It never changes a record, score, ranking or seal.

Properties may quote their own record, with a link to it.
The text, records, scoring method, design and marks on the site, including the HGCS seal, belong to us or our licensors.
A property may display the seal only while its certification is current and only as we agree with it in writing.
Quotations from property websites and other sources belong to their owners. We quote them to cite our evidence.
We link to property websites, standards bodies and other sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or anything you buy from them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your mandatory legal rights.

Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and the mandatory consumer laws of that country still apply to you.
